I live in the communalist state of California. The cost per gallon is averaging $4.01 per gallon. Effective today, my wife and I will buy gas nearly every time we drive by a gas station as long as fuel is on the increase. Fuel is increasing at the rate of 20 cents a gallon every week. Be advised.
When gas prices are on the decline, it is recommended that you buy fuel as seldom as possible.
