Palin talks Romney on Jeanine: Sarah understands the lame stream media's complicity with the Barack campaign.

Gov. Sarah Palin appearing on the Judge Jeanine show, Saturday, (Fox News) told the judge, that the Obama election machine  “want[s]  to face Mitt Romney  in the general election.” She made it clear that this conclusion was based upon her observation that the "lame stream media" is driving a "hands off" policy when it comes to Romney.

“They are already gearing up to portray him, accurately or inaccurately … as being out of touch with the working class . . .  being a bit out of touch from working and middle class Americans and from the challenges we all face. . . .  My opinion is that I can see what’s coming ... the media will try to bolster Romney so they can tear him down, and that is quite unfortunate.”

Understand that the Alaskan governor is not positioning against a Romney candidacy.  Rather,  she is only stating the obvious.  It is not that the Administration thinks Romney is the weakest of the GOP offering.  Instead,  the fact of the matter is that the Obamanites have viewed Romney as the GOP front-runner for more than a year and have been working on a campaign strategy with Romney in mind.

Know this:  if the Administration can make this coming election about the GOP candidate and not about Obama,  it believes that it win.  Time will tell.

Update:  Rush could not be more in agreement with Sarah than he was this morning . . . . just sayin',
