Let's get something straight: Fox News is no friend of the conservative patriot movement. Here is my argument.

Let's start with the weekend Fox crowd sitting around the table,  waiting for the end of a commercial break,  laughing it up at Sarah's expense.  Understand this,  the theme of this post is this:  Fox is no friend of the conservative patriot movement.

Moving on:

It is beyond a reasonable explanation as to why Fox News pushed against Glenn Beck and replaced his show with The Five (a program I enjoy), a show that draws around 800,000 fewer folks per show than Glenn Beck's.**  Let's not forget the loss of the David Asman program and  Judge Napolitano ,  both TEA Party type conservatives with great shows,  each on the Fox Business channel,  each cut and replaced with reruns (for heavens sake) of other programs.

Seems the Fox News geniuses are willing to lose a lot of money as it quietly pushes against the TEA Party influence at that network.  It is common knowledge that Fox ownership is not in love with Sarah Palin and each of the three above named programs were very close to the teaparty movement.  Coincidence?  I don't think so.

** Understand that the Beck program was Fox's #2 show,  just behind O'Reilly.  It was running 2.3. to 2.7. million per show at its height,  before it was announced that Beck was moving on.  What is noteworthy, here,  is the fact that the Beck show had the potential to run over 3 million,  from time to time.  The Five does not have that potential.

Fox was in the sights of MoveOn.org as its roach patrol worked 24/7 threatening Fox and Fox advertisers,  until Beck was pushed out.
