The largest tax on American small business is being levied in the name of "expanded unemployment benefits."

Guess who pays for the unemployment expansion from 16 to the current 99 weeks?  The employer.  Many folks including TV news reporting outlets,  believe that the unemployment fund is an equal share between employ and employee.  Not true.  Unemployment benefits are all on the employer.  Not a penny is "donated" by the employee.  When Obama,  or an Administration,  glibly increases unemployment benefits,  it all comes out of the employers bottom line.

While Obama is blowing smoke about being on the side of small business,  he has taken from small business in terms of the unemployment benefit tax, more than any other president in history.
